There’s more than one way to get involved in the Super Swim Challenge, and be a hero for sick kids.
Dive in as an individual, smash your laps as a team, or get your swim school involved.
Start recording your practice kms at any time and get a feel for what to expect throughout the challenge. Just remember, the count will automatically re-set to zero on 1 February 2026. Your practice kms will be saved to your profile, but will not contribute to your kms as part of the challenge.
Dive in as an individual
Swim any time, anywhere. When you swim solo, you can take the time to clear your thoughts with some mindful meditation or get ready for the day ahead by writing a mental to-do list. Whatever gets you in the pool and achieving those super goals!
Take it on as a team
Your squad can offer words of encouragement and motivation. They can inspire you to push just a little further every session, and you can celebrate your achievements together. Plus, a little friendly competition might be just the thing you need to smash your goals!
At Starlight they know that happiness matters to sick kids facing the pain, fear and stress of serious illness. That’s why they are Australia’s broadest reaching children’s charity working in partnership with health professionals to bring the fun, joy and laughter that is essential to sick kids’ health and wellbeing.
From one Starlight Wish granted more than 35 years ago, they now create over 4 million positive Starlight Experiences for seriously ill children across Australia each year – thanks to Super Swimmers like you!
